    • We take photographs and occasionally record video at our in-person events. By attending an event, you acknowledge that your image and likeness may be captured.

Please be aware: When you attend a B2B Marketing Breakfast event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by B2B Marketing Breakfast, LLC and its affiliates and representatives.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a City Organizer via email or upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee you will not appear in background shots.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our community operates heavily on third-party platforms.

  • RSVPs: When you RSVP via Facebook or LinkedIn, you are subject to their respective Privacy Policies.
  • Private Facebook Group: Information you voluntarily share within our private Facebook group is visible to other members. We cannot control how other members use the information you share in that forum.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
